Founded in 2023, Mission Skip Stars is a competitive jump rope team based in Mission, British Columbia. We welcome athletes of all ages and skill levels who are looking to challenge themselves, build confidence, and be part of a supportive team environment.

Led by Coach Casey McAvay, our program focuses on developing strong athletes both on and off the competition floor. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where every athlete feels supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

Since our founding, our athletes have proudly represented Mission at major competitions, including the World Jump Rope Championships in Japan in 2025. Through dedication, teamwork, and a love for the spot, we help athletes reach their goals while building friendships and memories that last a lifetime.
